Honeycomb paper pallet, which is composed of LHP and legs with corner protector, is damp-proofing and firm by special process and meets the standards of ISO014000. this product is light, cheap, clean, good-looking, cushion, and it is exempt from fumigation. it is the substitute for wooden pallet, plastic pallet, mental pallet to pack electronic products, parts and components, papers clothes in import and export.

 It loads up to 2000kg in static situation, and it is protected with corner protectors. This invention got the patent of intellectual property rights in Mainland, Taiwan, Japan since 1999.

Honeycomb paper pallet is new type of transporting pallet .compared with traditional wooden pallet, it has the following characteristics:

Light and firm: The weight of a pallet with a corner protector is 6-8kg. loads up to 2000kg per square meter in static situation but weighs only a quarter of wooden one and it is convenient to transport. It saves more freight in transporting by air and more costs.

Clean: It is exempt from fumigation, inspection and disinfection and can be directly used in food and medicine industry.

Resistant to high temperature and dampness: under 50 and moisture up in 90, it loads up to 2000kg and changes in 1mm during one month.

Waterproof:  honeycomb paper pallet of Honilong is resistant to dampness. According to customers requirements, it can be well protected against water, but it cant be soaked in water.

Smooth: its face is quite smooth and no scatters and nails will break goods.

Free of specs and easy for forklift: There are 43 standard specs for and to choose and can also be made to measures.

Environment-friendly and recyclable: They are completely recyclable and make no waste or pollution.

Cheap: They are make from recyclable LHPs, so they cheaper than wooden ones of the specs. Specially, they are suitable for throw-away use.

Patent and trustworthy: They are patented by the mainland of China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The technical parameter has been the reference of the Standards of Throw-away Pallets of P.R.C. of Railway Department of China
